Scope of Works:

1. Identify and finalize the Design Consultancies.
2. Sourcing, Procure, and Delivery of Materials for Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical (HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Fighting etc.) works as per OBC & CSA standards.
3. Identify and appoint eligible/qualified Subcontractors for all Major and Minor activities.
4. Prepare and issue spend/cost analysis reports for the Project.
5. Vendors & Contract Management
6. Preparation of Cash Flow - Out (as per the Project requirements)

The Project involves Construction of Six houses located at Duke Street, Bowmanville, Ontario .
